Participation of the First President of the Court of Accounts in the Signing Ceremony of a Partnership Agreement to Strengthen the Language Skills of Public Employees

The First President of the Court of Accounts, Judge Mohamad Badran, participated in the signing ceremony of the "Partnership Agreement for the Implementation of French Language Training Programs Dedicated to Employees and Officials in the Lebanese Public Administration," which is being implemented for the second consecutive year, at the joint invitation of the Civil Service Board, the Representation of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) in the Middle East, and the French Institute in Lebanon, at the headquarters of the Civil Service Board in Verdun.

This participation falls within the framework of the Court of Accounts' commitment to developing the capacities of its human resources and strengthening administrative and legal competencies, thereby contributing to raising the level of institutional performance and consolidating cooperation with international partners in the field of training and administrative development.
