The President of the Court of Accounts Participates in Istanbul in the "Leading Self and Leading Others" and "Leading Institutional Change" Workshops

Within the framework of his continuous efforts to strengthen capacities and develop institutional performance at the Court of Accounts, the President of the Court of Accounts, Judge Mohamad Badran, participated in Istanbul, Turkey, from 7 to 11 September 2026, in two specialized workshops entitled "Leading Self and Leading Others" and "Leading Institutional Change."

The two workshops focused on developing self-awareness and leadership skills, and on strengthening the capacity to lead change and translate vision into practice and impact.

This participation comes within the context of a vision based on the principle that developing an institution begins with developing its leadership, and that leading change first requires the ability to lead oneself and others.

From leading self, to leading others, to leading change... a path that creates impact.
